WHAT THE WORK REVEALS

Useful proof starts with
a better question.

Look beyond the largest number. The strongest learning comes from understanding what changed, why it mattered, and what the business needed next.

What was limiting growth?

A missing purchase signal, disconnected channels, or a gap after the form. Start with the problem the work was designed to solve.

What did the team change?

Follow the decisions across tracking, campaign structure, landing paths, and reporting. Connect the outcome to the work behind it.

What does the result measure?

Check the platform, date range, and definition. A conversion action, a qualified lead, and a customer each answer a different question.

FROM CHALLENGE TO EVIDENCE

  1. 1

    Start with the business challenge

Choose the story closest to your own constraint: measurement, acquisition, or the journey after a click.

  2. 2

    Examine the intervention

Look at the practical changes and the reason each one was made. Separate the work from the headline.

  3. 3

Check the scope of the result

Read the dates, attribution source, and conversion definition before comparing performance.

  4. 4

    Identify the next question

Use the learning to frame your next investigation. Every business needs its own baseline and priorities.

THE MEASUREMENT CONTEXT

Better decisions need
the whole picture.

Read the peak, the regression, and the open questions together. The next investment needs a dependable baseline.

Platform reports show attributed activity. CRM and store records help explain the commercial outcome. Keep those views connected and their definitions distinct.

THE OPERATING LESSON

Find the constraint.
Make the work measurable.

A useful case study leaves you with more than a headline. It gives you a question to investigate, a decision to evaluate, and a clearer idea of what good evidence looks like.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I read the full case studies?

Each story links to a dedicated case-study page, which includes PPC Studio’s published source and its measurement notes.

Does platform ROAS mean profit?

No. Platform ROAS divides attributed conversion value by advertising cost. It does not deduct product, operations, or other business costs, and it is not total store revenue.

Are conversion events the same as qualified leads?

No. Events can include multiple actions by one person. Qualification needs an agreed definition and CRM evidence; it cannot be inferred from a platform total alone.

Are the two Promom quarters an A/B test?

No. They are separate reporting periods. They are shown together to include the following quarter, not to claim an isolated experimental effect.

Will my business achieve the same results?

These are historical examples, not forecasts. Your market, offer, tracking, budget, and sales process determine the starting point and the opportunity.

BEFORE WE GET STARTED

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Let’s discuss your business ↗
What types of businesses do you work with?

PPC Studio’s positioning focuses on B2B, e-commerce and lead-generation teams ready to connect their channels around commercial goals. A strategy conversation helps establish whether the scope fits your current stage.

How do you measure ROI across channels?

We agree on the business outcome first, then connect campaign, analytics and CRM evidence. Platform-attributed return, store revenue and profit remain distinct measures so budget decisions have the right context.

Do you only manage Google Ads?

No. Paid media sits alongside SEO, conversion optimization, AI visibility, landing pages, retention and measurement. The right scope depends on the constraint in your growth system.

What is Generative Engine Optimization?

GEO helps make a brand and its content easier for AI answer systems to interpret, retrieve and cite. It combines clear content, consistent entity information and observation of relevant answer surfaces. Placement cannot be guaranteed.

How does CRO work with paid media?

Paid media brings intent to a page. CRO examines whether that page delivers the promised experience and makes the next action easy. Tracking both together helps distinguish a traffic-quality issue from an experience issue.

How do you report performance?

Reporting should connect the agreed goals to observed outcomes, explain the measurement scope and identify the next decision. The reporting cadence and access requirements are agreed during discovery.

How do we get started?

Share your website, goals and current growth constraints. The first conversation is a chance to identify the measurement gaps and priorities that should guide the next phase.
